Booking Policy

All reservations are subject to availability and must be secured with a valid payment method. A short-term rental agreement may be required before arrival. Rates, taxes, fees, and policies may change without notice unless already confirmed in writing.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM with tech-enabled self-check-in instructions provided before arrival. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM unless a late departure is approved in advance. Guests are responsible for following all access instructions and returning the suite in good condition.

House Rules

Neon Elm Hotel is a quiet, professionally managed property. Parties, events, excessive noise, unregistered guests, and pets are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours and neighborhood respect rules must be observed at all times. Smoking is not permitted inside the suites.

Guest Responsibility and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations caused by themselves or their visitors. The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, injury, service interruptions, or delays beyond its reasonable control. Use of outdoor amenities and shared spaces is at your own risk and subject to posted rules.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and modifications are handled according to the rate and booking terms shown at the time of reservation. If no cancellation terms are provided with a specific rate, guests should contact the hotel directly before canceling or changing their stay.
